Vortex Sensory Rehabilitation Center
Vortex SRC was founded by Dale Moore OTR and Yvonne Moore RN, LPC. Dale and Yvonne have six grandchildren, who have Sensory Processing Disorders ranging from a diagnosis on the Autistic Spectrum to Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. When they saw the amazing transformation in their grandson after a multi-sensory approach was taken, they knew they wanted to provide others an opportunity to benefit from this state-of-the-art approach.
Dale and Yvonne Moore
Dale has been working in the field of Occupational Therapy since 1997 and Yvonne has been a Registered Nurse since 1973 as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2000. Dale and Yvonne are committed to helping people to achieve their highest potential and believe it is never to late to improve an individual’s quality of life.
Michal Reed
Michal Reed knows first hand the frustration of seeing a child you love struggle to interpret their environment so they can cope with the world around them. She can relate to the parent who has been told their child is just a behavioral problem or that the right drug will fix everything. Her personal knowledge is a support to both the parents and the children that come to the Center.
